"Good food, support could be quicker"
I ordered from teriyakimadness and one of my items was missing, plus the sauce wasn’t what I asked for. My first gut reaction was that getting help was going to be a hassle because the response felt a little slow at the start. They did eventually make it right and gave me a credit, which I appreciated. The food is usually solid, so I’d still order again, but I do wish the support side moved a bit faster. Overall, not a bad experience, just not perfect either.

"Convenient Spot Near Work"
My first impression was that this place is really convenient, especially since it’s so close to my work. That shapes how I feel about it overall, it’s easy to swing by and grab something without having to drive all over. Parking can be kind of a pain around lunch, and it’s not exactly quick if you’re in a rush, but the location makes up for a lot. It’s not a place I’d call amazing, but it gets the job done when I just want something nearby

"Always a Solid Choice"
I’ve ordered from Teriyaki Madness a bunch of times now, and it’s literally been consistent every time. The chicken is always cooked just right, the portions are solid, and my order is ready when they say it’ll be. Nothing over the top, just good food every visit with no random surprises.

"Not sure what happened to the veggies??"
The broccoli just tasted kind of old today?? Usually it’s fine, but this time the veggies were a little sad and not very fresh.

"Clean and Comfortable"
I don’t really get why anyone would complain about the cleanliness. When I was there, the tables and floors looked clean, and I didn’t notice any sticky spots or gross messes anywhere. It felt totally fine to me.

"Easy app, no headaches"
Bottom line, the Teriyaki Madness app has been easy to use and does exactly what I need. I’ve ordered through it a few times now, and everything’s been smooth. The menu loads quickly, checkout hasn’t given me any issues, and my pickup time has been accurate. Nothing complicated, just simple and reliable.

"Tasty, but the portions felt a bit stingy"
The food tasted good, so I’ll give them credit for that. But the portions were smaller than I expected, almost like they were trying to make the plate look fuller than it actually was. I didn’t leave super hungry, but for the price, I kind of wondered if they were cutting back on purpose.

"Really good teriyaki bowls"
Umm, I was surprised by how good this was. The chicken teriyaki tasted great, and the sauce was sweet without being too much. The rice and veggies worked really well with it too. I wasn’t expecting it to be that filling, but everything tasted fresh and satisfying. I’d definitely order it again.

I ordered from Teriyaki Madness during lunch and figured I’d be waiting a bit. But it was ready fast, probably around 10 minutes, and they called my name right as I walked back in (perfect timing, honestly). No awkward standing around or random delay. Always nice when a place is actually on time, especially when you’re hungry and just trying to grab food quick

"Solid Protein, But the Beef Was a Bit Chewy"
Overall, the protein was solid and did the job well. That said, the beef was a little on the chewy side, so it wasn’t quite as enjoyable as I’d hoped. Still decent, just not perfect.

"Hot, Fresh, and Actually Stayed Warm"
I grabbed takeout from Teriyaki Madness the other day, i was happy with it. When I opened the container, the chicken and rice were still steaming, which is always a good sign. I can’t stand when takeout shows up lukewarm and you feel like you have to rush through it, but this stayed warm the whole time I was eating. Nothing fancy to complain about here, just a solid, satisfying meal.

I grabbed a chicken bowl and it tastes really fresh. The veggies still had a nice crunch, and the rice was hot when I picked it up. Pickup was quick too, so everything was solid.

"Way Spicier Than Expected"
I ordered from Teriyaki Madness thinking the spice level would be normal, maybe just a little kick. At first I was like, okay, this looks good, smells good, no problem. Then I took a few bites and suddenly I was fighting for my life. It was way hotter than I expected and I could barely finish it. The food itself was fine aside from that, but they really need to make the heat levels clearer on the website.

I really do like the food here, and the app usually works fine for me. My only frustration is with the loyalty points, they seem to take too long to show up after I place an order, and it makes the rewards feel a little less exciting. Overall, I’d still order again because the food is good, but I wish the points updated faster

I really liked the vibe here. It was clean, not too loud, and the staff kept everything moving without making it feel rushed.
